Return & Refund Policy

At Florals by Angana, each product is crafted with care and attention. Since most of our products are hand-painted, customized, or made to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

• Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the order is delivered in perfect condition.

• In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at [insert email/WhatsApp] with clear photographs of the issue.

Refunds

• If your claim is approved, we will issue either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Important Notes

• Each item is hand-painted/hand-crafted, which means no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Minor variations in design, color, or pattern are part of the uniqueness of our products and not considered defects.

• Colors may slightly vary due to differences in mobile/desktop screens.

• All garments should be dry-cleaned only unless stated otherwise.
